>>> Circular Water

There’s nothing left but circular water, radiating from the centre
and yet the clapping wave reflects against the edge.
There’s nothing left but circular water, concentrating at the centre
until the fading wave echoes in a new drop.
There’s nothing left but circular water, whispering from the centre
and the simmering wave forgets to clap again.
There’s nothing left but circular water, now orphan from the center
until the dying wave expires forever.
